1. Application
Terms and Conditions apply to all orders and/or transactions made through @ddeonuprintsph.2. Data Privacy
All information collected will only be used to process your order. Your personal information (e.g., name, shipping address, contact number) will be deleted once your transactions are complete.3. Liability and Accountability
We are not liable, and shall not be held accountable, for any delay from the consol, customs and/or courier.4. Stock Availability
- Items might become out of stock without prior notice.
- Manufacturer/seller might cancels the production of an item.5. Payment Terms- Available Payment Methods: Payments can be made through GCash, MAYA, and SeaBank.- Payment Deadline: The payment deadline is included in the email for your order confirmation. After making a payment, you must reply to the email order confirmation of the receipt of your payment. Failure to do so will result in your payment not being acknowledged (Please wait for 1-2 business days to acknowledge your payment).- Payment Delays: If you anticipate a delay in your payments please let us know in advance. We will accept valid reasons only for the delay of payments.- Late Payment Fees: Payments made after the deadline will incur a fee of PhP30.00 per day. After two weeks of delay without communication, the items will be dispose and refunds are not available.6. Delivery Time Frames and Methods
- Sea Cargo Purchases: ETA is 4 to 6 weeks for Korea/Japan.- Delivery Methods: J&T- Orders will be packed once items arrive at our Philippine address and full payment for the merchandise and Local Shipping Fee is paid.- Delivery Scheduling: Every Saturday. No rush shipping is available.7. Cancellation and Changes
- No cancellations are allowed once an order form is submitted.8. Refunds and Returns
- All payments made are non-refundable. Refunds are available if we cannot secure your item.- In the event of any issues with the order, such as defects or damage, buyers should contact us after receiving the order to discuss possible solutions.- Please record an unboxing video. No video, no refunds.- Any changes or modifications to the orders must be communicated with us as soon as possible.- Refunds will only be processed if an item’s production is canceled or the item becomes out of stock.- We are not liable for any damages caused by the seller/courier during international or local shipping.- No refunds will be issued if the item received has an undisclosed condition by the seller or the manufacturer.

PRINTING SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions apply to all printing services provided by Ddeonu Prints PH.PAYMENT TERMS↪ A 50% non-refundable downpayment is required for all orders. This downpayment must be made at the time of placing the order.↪ The remaining balance must be settled in full before the shipment of the order. No products will be shipped until the full payment is received.PRE-ORDERS↪ All orders are considered as pre-orders.↪ The production lead time for each order is 5-7 working days. Please note that Saturdays and Sundays are not included in the working days count.↪ Customers are encouraged to place their orders well in advance to ensure timely delivery, taking into account the production lead time.PACKAGING FEE↪ Orders amounting to 300 PHP and above are eligible for free packaging. The company will cover the cost of packaging for these orders.↪ Orders below 300 PHP will incur a packaging fee of 10 PHP. This fee will be added to the total order cost.PRINTING AND CUTTING TOLERANCE↪ Ddeonu Prints PH maintains a high standard of quality for all printed products.↪ There may be slight variations in printing, cutting, and colors which are within industry-standard tolerance levels. These variations are not considered defects.NO RUSH ORDERS↪ Ddeonu Prints PH does not offer rush order services. All orders are processed based on the standard production lead time of 5-7 working days.CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY↪ Orders cannot be canceled once the downpayment has been made, as it is non-refundable.↪ In the event of any issues with the order, such as defects or damage, customers should contact us within 2 days of receiving the order to discuss possible solutions or refunds.CHANGES TO ORDERS↪ Any changes or modifications to orders must be communicated with us as soon as possible.↪ Changes may be accommodated if production has not yet begun.SHIPPING AND DELIVERY↪ The company will arrange shipment once the full payment has been received.↪ Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
